Adjust the roller thickness for your recipe, then use the fettuccine cutter to turn sheets into evenly sized ribbons.

The two attachments give you a straightforward way to prepare lasagna sheets and fettuccine in your own kitchen. Made in Italy by Marcato, the roller and cutter attach to the Assistent Original (sold separately). Choose your dough thickness before cutting, with the vendor recommending roller setting 7 for lasagna and settings 5–6 for fettuccine.
