This set from Nectar & Nest gives you the two pieces that routine calls for. The 10" beeswax bowl cover stretches over your mixing bowl to keep the dough covered and from drying out during bulk fermentation or a long cold proof. Once the loaf is baked and fully cooled, the 13" × 17" bread bag takes over, helping keep it fresh on the counter or in the freezer without plastic wrap. Available in two patterns (each set sold separately).

Both pieces are hand-sewn from GOTS certified organic cotton and coated with beeswax, jojoba oil, and tree resin. A quick rinse in cool water with mild soap keeps them ready for the next bake, and they can be composted when worn out. Each pattern comes from an independent artist in a limited release, and part of each sale goes back to that artist, which makes this a thoughtful gift for the bread baker on your holiday list.
