How to Use Breathe Herbal Facial Steam:

  1. Put about an inch of water in the bottom of a large pot, boil. If using a bowl, boil water in a tea kettle or pot, then pour into the bowl.
  2. Fold a towel in half and place on a sturdy, heat-proof, flat surface like a counter or table. Place the pot or bowl on top of this towel.
  3. Add 1-2 Tbsp dried herbs, stir well and cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, check temperature of steam to make sure it isn't too hot. Lean over the pot and cover head with a towel to create a tent, letting as little air escape as possible.
  5. Slowly breathe in the steam for up to 10 minutes.
