It's made of a special high-carbon steel to help hold an edge longer than conventional steel and comes full-tang with a handsome walnut handle.

Care Instructions: Hand wash only. Dry thoroughly. We recommend applying a few drops of food-grade oil to prevent the wooden handles from drying out and cracking. Just take an old cloth and gently rub into the handles.
