Corn Stripper

The fastest way to cut corn off the cob for canning, freezing and cooking. Just one easy motion and you're done with a whole ear of corn. For best use, drive a nail through the middle of a board (as shown in photo). Place board with the sharp end of the nail pointing up across a mixing bowl. "Spike" a corn cob on the nail and push the knife down over the cob. All the kernels are removed in one cut and fall into the bowl.
