The La Nordica Gardenia Steel is a wood-burning cooker featuring Anthracite Black cast iron and enameled steel outer cladding. A polished cast iron cooking plate with cast iron rings is paired with a 14.6-gallon porcelain enameled steel oven, while enameled cast iron doors, frame and front complete its classic design.
The Gardenia UL-C Steel incorporates several of La Nordica's signature technologies, including a post-combustion system, glass cleaning system, outdoor air intake (ASC) and cast iron doors. La Nordica also notes that, when used correctly, enameled cast iron has an almost unlimited lifespan and requires minimal maintenance.
