It holds up to 9 quart jars or 11 pint jars, and the included shelf lets you accommodate up to 22 pint jars.

Handcrafted by Amish metalworkers in Homerville, Ohio, this canner pairs a 304 stainless steel body with beechwood handles for a traditional, useful design. A matching lid and shelf are included, so there’s no assembly to tackle before you get started. Made for indoor stovetop use, it is not compatible with induction cooktops. When the canning is done, handwash the canner and dry it thoroughly before storing it for your next batch.
