How to Season Your Kettle:

These kettles arrive unseasoned. To protect and improve its cooking surface, it's important to season your kettle first before initial use. Just follow these steps below.

1. You will need cooking oil (animal or vegetable oil will work).
2. Apply cooking oil on the inside of the kettle covering the entire surface.
3. Then, fire it with high heat.
4. Slowly, the color will turn black, giving you a pre-seasoned cooking surface.
