Details

How to Get Freshly Ground Meat:

  1. Wash the grinder before use, then fully assemble it with the grinding plate installed.
  2. Cut meat (or low-moisture vegetables) into small pieces and place them into the top opening of the grinder. (Do not use bones in the grinder.)
  3. Turn the crank handle to begin grinding. Ground meat will come through the grinding plate. We recommend placing a large, clean bowl or plate near the grinding plate to catch the freshly ground meat.
  4. If meat gets clogged in the grinder, use a stomper or small spatula to clear it. Never use your fingers.

Helpful Hint: For more flavor, try grinding your meat with low-moisture veggies, like onions, peppers, or mushrooms.

Care: Hand wash and dry thoroughly.
