How to Use the Flip Griddle

1. After seasoning, preheat your griddle over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
2. Lightly grease the pancake cavities with oil or butter. (A basting brush is your best friend here!)
3. Pour your favorite batter into the cavities.
4. Once you see those signature bubbles forming on the surface, lightly oil the flat side of the griddle.
5. Using the cool-touch wooden handle, simply lift and flip the entire hinged top 180°. Your pancakes will land perfectly on the flat side to finish cooking – no spatula required.
6. While the first batch finishes on the flat side, re-oil the cavities and start your next batch immediately.
7. Repeat until the whole family is full.
