How to Make Buttermilk Pie:
- Empty mix into a medium bowl. Add 1 cup of whole milk and 4 Tablespoons of melted butter. Whisk to thoroughly combine.
- Pour mixture into a pie shell and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40-45 minutes. Pie is done when a knife inserted in the middle pulls out clean.
- Cool the baked pie and enjoy!
How to Make Butterscotch Pie:
- Empty dry mix into a medium pot. Add 1 and 2/3 cups of whole milk** and 4 Tablespoons of butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
- Pour into a baked pie shell and chill. Top with whipped cream before serving.
**Whole milk is best but 2% milk and soy milk can also be used.
