How to Make Banana Pudding:

  1. In a medium pot, stir together mix and 2 cups of whole milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until creamy and thick. Cool for a few minutes.
  3. In a pretty bowl, layer vanilla wafer cookies and sliced bananas. Cover with about 1/3 of the cooked pudding mix. Repeat to create several layers. Chill and top with whipped cream before serving.

How to Make Bread Pudding:

  1. Lightly butter a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Add about 2 cups of torn bread. Any type of bread can be used but stale bread is best.
  2. Stir the pudding mix into 1 and 1/2 cups of warm, whole milk and pour over the bread. Make sure all of the bread is covered by the liquid.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle pulls out clean.
