Baked Spaghetti Casserole by JoEllen Hummel
- 1 lb ground beef (use Lehman's canned ground beef for less prep time)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 C. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. water
Brown meat and onion in skillet; drain grease. Add spaghetti sauce to meat and set aside. Cook spaghetti as directed on the box, drain water.
In a 9x13" dish, layer spaghetti, meat sauce and cheese. In small bowl, combine soup and water. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
