Although we feature hand-turned grain mills, we offer this mill for those who want to grind their own flour but prefer to do it with electricity. The Nutrimill® is the finest electric grain mill we've tested. Separate knobs adjust the speed of the variable speed motor and the rate of flow of grain into the surgical quality stainless steel milling teeth. The result is the most fine/coarse control of any high speed mill.

Delight in grinding different grains for an entire menu of baked goods. Grind wheat, beans, corn, rice and oats so you can make pastries, pizza, bread, cookies, muffins or corn bread. (Avoid grinding foods with high oil or moisture content like sunflower seeds, coffee beans, nuts, sesame seeds or flax.)
This mill is loaded with features. A 20-cup flour bowl snaps and seals into the mill to eliminate flour dust. The grinding chamber is completely self-cleaning. A unique design provides increased air flow to the motor so it stays cooler and lasts longer. The mill housing, flour bowl and hopper are made of tough plastic. All parts except the mill itself are dishwasher safe. This mill has 1.75 horsepower peak output. That is 1200 watts of power.
