Details
Wusthof's GOURMET series are made from sheet steel. Rather than stamped out like most moderate priced knives, GOURMET knives are cut by a laser which is more precise and doesn't produce rough edges. Made of Wusthof's specially formulated high-carbon, no-stain, surgical steel. Razor sharp edges re-sharpen easily. 3/4 tang on knives provide excellent heft and balance. Handles feature comfortable finger guards.
