Precision-forged in Germany from special-formula steel, the ice-hardened FRIODUR blade is made to stay sharp while resisting chips and stains. Its fine V-edge handles careful trimming with precision, while the pronounced bolster and comfortable matte black handle give you a secure, balanced grip.
