Use the original packaging and send the item back to us. Please be sure to include the packaging slip with your name and order number in an effort to help expedite the returns process. IF YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED OR YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:
We'll make it right! Please call us at 1-800-438-5346 or email us at email@example.com. If possible, please include a photo of the damaged item, along with your order number and damaged item number/description. We will let you know if it is necessary to return the item.
IF YOU ARE MISSING ITEMS:
Please check your packing slip to see if items are arriving in separate shipments. It is possible for boxes to get separated during transit or your missing items could be on backorder.
