Need to make a return? No worries!
We have a satisfaction guarantee, up to 90 days from the date of your order. If your order is not what you expected or our products are not satisfactory, you can return for a refund, credit or replacement.
How to make a return:
- Call us: 800-438-5346. Each situation is unique, so it's important you call first. Please tell us what you need to return and your reason for returning. We'll assist you as quickly as we can.
- Before sending us your return, you'll need to include a copy of your invoice and the return form (included in your order) with the product you are returning.
- Use the included fluorescent return label included in your order. Write "Returns" on the box and ship by the most convenient method for you. (If we issue you a prepaid shipping label, use that instead and ship accordingly.) We recommend insuring your package in case something would happen during shipping.
If Lehman's is at error (for example, item was damaged in shipping or a wrong item was sent), we'll make it right as well as cover your shipping cost for the return.
Note: When a return is made after 30 days from purchase, a restocking charge may apply.
