("Company") and affiliates or providers that send messages on our behalf, including text messages made with an autodialer, at the telephone number(s) you provide. Your consent is not a condition for purchase of any products or services. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by following the directions below.

SMS Program Description
Company and its affiliates or service providers may use automatic telephone dialing systems (also known as "autodialers") to deliver text messages to you as part of the Company's text message program. Company's text messages are intended to provide you with information about your orders and Company's products, which may include, special events and offers, discounts, promotional offers, new product announcements, sweepstakes, and drawings and contests).

Supported Carriers; Delivery Not Guaranteed
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include the major carriers AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, and Alltel, among others. We cannot guarantee delivery of information and message to any device, and failures can happen due to many reasons and conditions. You understand and acknowledge that performance of the network, which includes receipt and delivery of text messages or data under this program, are outside of Company's control, and Company is not responsible network failures. Your network carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to Subscribe & Eligibility
You may opt-in and subscribe to the Company's text message Program by texting FLOCK OR SUBSCRIBE to the number 57945, or by following the directions on our website, in emails, in store, or on your mobile device. Only residents of the U.S. that are least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the Program. By subscribing and receiving text messages from Company, you are representing to us that you own the number used to subscribe to the Program and meet the eligibility requirements.
How to Stop Messages
To opt out of the program and stop receiving text messages, text STOP to 57945. You will then receive one final message confirming receipt of your request. You can re-subscribe at any time by following the directions above.
