We always needed a GOOD broom and never had one - until I got this barn broom. I love it! It is especially good for sweeping off our patio and garage. The bristles are really strong and good for getting all the outside dirt, like leaves, off our cement patio. It is also good for getting into the hard-to-clean crevices. I have had it for about 5 years and it is still as good as new. But I am very careful to hang it up when I am done, so the bristles don't get bent.
