Want a delicious smell that is sure to be a crowd pleaser? Try this recipe from one of our customers. They’re called plow boys and it is a take on pulled pork over baked potatoes.  

My toddler (as most are) is a picky eater and she was so excited by this. She got to pick her own toppings and who doesn’t love potatoes? Meanwhile my husband enjoyed the delicious smells coming out of the Dutch oven as the pork cooked. drool.

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • Pulled pork cooked to your own preference
  • BBQ sauce of your choice
  • Optional toppings: chives, sour, cream, and shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Rub potatoes with olive oil and roll in salt. Bake at 400 degrees until tender (about one hour – time varies depending on the size of the potatoes).
  2. Top baked potatoes with cooked pulled pork and drizzle with your favorite sauce. Add desired toppings. (My family adds chives, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.)
