Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Juniper berries
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp sage
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  1. Work all of those herbs down to a fine powder and rub it on the next pheasant (or really, any kind of poultry) you get your hands on, and you’ll have one fragrant bird for the dinner table!
