Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 T butter
  • 1–1/2 C. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 bag broccoli cuts
  • 6 oz. fine noodles
  • 1–1/2 C. milk
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. In another pot, sauté onions, broccoli, and bouillon cubes in oil.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Drain noodles and add to the mixture.
  5. Stir in milk.
  6. Add cheese cubes.
  7. Cook until the cheese is melted, stirring frequently.
