It’s winter. Cold, dark, ‘we’ve-got-at-least-three-more-months-of-this’ winter. During this frigid Ohio season, I take 
pleasure in simple things like warm socks, afternoons spent sledding with my children, the steady light of my oil lamp and of course, comfort food.
