This was such a simple recipe that could be done “quickly”. I put “quickly” in quotes because it does take some time to cook, but the prep work is minimal.
Better yet you can put your own twist on how you like to cook the pork butt as you can’t really go wrong. I followed Tessa’s suggestion in her recipe, and it was delicious. It's a great recipe that can be adjusted for just a few people to a large crowd.
