Turkey Burgers You'll Actually Want To Eat

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate 10 minutes, then form into 6-8 patties.
  2. Grill (or fry) several minutes on each side, about 20 minutes in all, or until well done. Insides will be whitish when done.
  3. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, pickles and your favorite condiments.
