Perfect for emergencies, just soak in water for at least 60 minutes, cook thoroughly, then enjoy.
Helpful Hint: Store a can opener with your fish, so you have it when you need it.

1. Remove and discard desiccants and oxygen absorbers 2. Rehydrate cod as soon as the can is opened in lukewarm water for 60 minutes to equilibrate moisture, then drain off excess water, pat dry 3. Cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C) as standard by USDA and FSIS safety recommendations
