Love this stuff. Works great in a Dutch oven on the stovetop. Add some oil, heat. When you think it's hot enough throw in a couple test corn kernels. When they pop add in a cup of popcorn. Keep lid askew. Put towel over top of lid and sides. Pick up Dutch oven and swish every 30 seconds until popping subsides to a pop or two ever couple of seconds. Remove from heat. Put in bowl and season or butter to taste.
Tasty treat, but not suitable for an air pop corn popper

I received 4 pounds of ladyfinger popcorn very soon after ordering, and the tasty small kernels pop with very little hull. This is because the popcorn kernels are very small. The popcorn was tasty, and fluffy. I ordered it to use with my air pop corn popper. Do not use this size popcorn kernel with an air popper. The kernels are so light that they fly out of the popper and land throughout the kitchen. I shielded the opening of the air popper chute so that the kernels would fall back into the popper. Then many of the kernels did pop, but many flew on the counter and floor before I could redirect them. What a mess. Many also flew unpopped into the bottom of the bowl. They will pop, and they are tasty, but I gave 3 stars because I can't air pop these 4 pounds, and I think the description needs to add that they are not for use in an air popcorn popper.
