Helpful Hint: This is a shelf-stable product, so the can is stamped with the production date in Julian format. Example: "A" stands for the product code (BACON) and 5184 is the production date in Julian format, where "5" stands for the year "2025" and "184" stands for the day of the year "July 3."

The shelf life is 10 years from the production date.
