A really wonderfully made, useful addition to the garden!

My husband is a salesman. He's also an avid vegetable gardener. His clients are the willing recipients of his largesse throughout the summer. He has looked at this garden hod for some time but felt it was money not necessary to spend (a bucket could do as well, after all). After receiving it, he is chomping at the bit to fill it with his coming harvest! It is really beautiful and extremely well built and hardy.

I love this thing! Sturdy, well made, and having the ability to rinse veggies right in the basket is very handy. Flat base ensures it won't tip over. Highly recommended!

Recently purchased this item after waiting because it was out of stock--well worth the wait! This is a very stable, attractive, useful tool for your garden, whether it be vegetable, flower or general yard cleanup device. You won't be disappointed with it's quality or packaging protection. We're totally satisfied customers! Thank you.

This hod is big and tough! I hang it on a strong tree branch to hose root veggies clean. The occasional string bean will drop through the holes. At the end of harvest season I cure potatoes in it for winter storage. It can easily hold 20+ lbs of potato harvest.

I love this hod!!! I keep finding uses for it. Great for harvesting onions and potatoes: harvest, wash, and dry all in the hod! The wire has large enough holes that dirt and leaves wash right through, but small enough that my little cherry tomatoes don't.

this was made by someone who gardens and it has so much thought put into it. the tiniest cherry tomatoes don't fall through the basket, yet it bears an amazing amount of weight. it fits easily in my hand and i am so pleased with the basket! thank you!

My daughter and I got my husband this hod for Father's Day last year. He absolutely LOVES it and uses it all year round. In spring and summer it's a produce holder going straight from the garden to the kitchen; in fall it's a great container to take on a quick trip around the yard to pick up pinecones, sticks and other debris; and the rest of the time it's a multipurpose kindling holder/mail carrier/Saturday afternoon puttering catch-all.

I LOVE the Maine garden hod! It is just as beautiful as it is practical. The woven wire helps the vegetables to stay fresh longer (plastic buckets tend to make them rot really fast!) I highly recommend this hod... gorgeous and definitely its worth the money!
