The cheese plane makes a nice thin slice of cheese and the handle is comfortable to hold. I like this cheese slicer because it does not take up much room in my kitchen drawer and it is easy to clean. I will probably buy several more of these for Christmas stocking stuffers.

I own one of these and it is 1000x better than those wire cheese slicers that break so easily and/or cannot slice thinly enough for sandwiches. I didn't even know these existed until my husband got me one last year.
