Bought two for my grandsons. These are really too small to work well. The ball on the string is just too small and light to be able to manage effectively enough to entertain young boys. They were not a success.

This was definitely more challenging than it looks. My child really likes it. The craftsmanship was just fine for the price.

We are using several of these for our daughter's Renaissance themed wedding reception since it was a favorite of the King. It is for a contest during a break in the music for something fun to do - like a minute to win it. They are a great quality workmanship, you do get your moneys worth. It is so fun and takes a knack to perfect. And like another said, once you get it you want to keep trying to see if you cando it again!

The game itself is a hoot and takes me back to the good old days. However, I was disappointed in the workmanship. The wood for the handle and cup were markedly different and the whole thing had very rough finish.

My goodness! The Ball and Cup game is challenging and so much fun. It's a finer version of flipping pancakes on a skillet.

Great quality. great price. I bought this for use at my family home daycare and the kids love it. Great for eye/hand coordination. Great as a stocking stuffer.

This toy is just like one we played with as kids (more years ago than I will admit) at Great Uncle Johnnie and Great Aunt Hulda's house. We spent hours sitting on the front porch swing taking turns and competing to improve our scores with this game. Someone (probably Uncle Johnnie or my grandfather) made this game, I sure wish I knew where it was today.

It's fun and it's challenging! If you like the Tavern Puzzles and mind games/challenges, you'll love this game. It took several times to get the ball in correctly, but once it was I just wanted to prove that I could do it again!
