OK - Follow up to earlier comment where I said quality was OK - strike that. Some assembly required should not mean I have to pull out a hammer and chisel to complete mortise cutouts. These were left unfinished/crooked at the factory. If you find a chair that has a higher level of manufacturing product, buy it instead of this even if it costs more.

OK - first off - Some assembly required. That I get. That I can handle. I am a pretty fair talent around tools. But come on - could your manufacturer not include STANDARD HARDWARE? Slotted, Phillips, Allen head, or even TORX screws I can handle. But square head screws? That is just poor, poor planning and implementation for a consumer product. It doesn't make it easy for the customer to put together. I can't imagine including standard fasteners making the product cost any more, so I can only chalk this up to indifference or lack of thought. So, while the quality looks OK, I am put off by having to go buy a specialty tool - one that I will likely only use once - just to assemble these chairs. Please put a little more thought behind what goes out the door.

I have been wanting a set of Adirondack chairs for several years and have looked at other merchants for them before finally buying a set from Lehman's. And I am so glad I bought them from Lehman's! They are the most comfortable Adirondack chairs I have ever sat in! They are also high quality, sturdy, well made, a great value for the price, and the best part is that they are made in the USA! I definitely recommend these chairs!

We REALLY like the Adirondack chairs and tables!!! I mean, really like them. We've just ordered two more. They are very comfortable to sit in and are quite sturdy. We have them at our beach house on the Oregon Coast and look forward to many years of good use from them.
