Bought two of these spoons for our Fall tomato canning season . These reach the bottom of our large preparation pots so easily . Lots of length to keep your hands away from the hot tomato sauce when stirring.

I bought this spoon because I have some deep pots that need stirring all the way to the bottom. With my standard spoons, I'd wind up with singed or scalded knuckled. With this spoon, I can stir the pot right to the bottom and my hands are not getting burned any more
