At the recommendation of a coworker, I purchased a Spiral Cutter and prepared Zoodles* for my family. My sister and brother-in-law loved it so much they brought their own and now she makes it more than real noodles! She is gluten free and loves the fact that she can prepare a ﾓpastaﾔ meal and still feel good at the end. I found that using a small brush on the ﾓteethﾔ is the safest and easiest way to clean the Spiral Cutter. -Marcy, Lehman's Kitchen Dept *Zoodles: Run Zucchini thru spiral cutter. Spread on paper towel and sprinkle with salt. Cover with paper towel and let set for ﾽ hour. Roll up within paper towel and squeeze excess moisture out into sink. Cook in skillet over medium/low heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 5-10 min. They can be served with any meat or pasta sauce.
