Lemon Supreme Cake (by Grace Unzicker) Ingredients: 1 box lemon or yellow cake mix 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding 4 eggs 1/2 C. oil 1 C. water
For glaze: 2 C. powdered sugar 1/4 C. lemon juice
Directions: Mix and beat ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and make 1" slashes at intervals with a knife. Stir together glaze ingredients and then pour over hot cake. Cool and enjoy!
