For best care, hand wash all quality cutlery.

Aluminum Handle - The original Rada handle, since 1948. Made of recycled aluminum with a satin finish. Hand wash only.

Black Resin Handle - A great alternative if you prefer to wash in the dishwasher. Made of durable resin, dishwasher safe.

"I'm so glad I purchased this knife, because it really does slice paper thin, and it's also very easy to use. The other thing I like about it is, that it's long enough to be able to cut through things that need more length than the smaller paring knives. Giant tomatoes are no problem either. Good thing I purchased 2 of them, my daughter already claimed one. I will be purchasing more of them. "
