When will I get my order?
We Ship Fast! Our goal is to ship every order before the end of the next business day. In most cases, we achieve this goal. However, we periodically experience dramatic and unpredictable surges in demand for our products. When this occurs, we do everything in our power to respond, but order delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Delivery & Handling Charges
We sell many different products, from $2 literature packets to complete modern kitchen sets with an old-time feel costing thousands of dollars. Small literature or brochure packets (not books), usually ship free within the United States; the cost to ship freight items is calculated with a personal quote (after completing your order online, we will call you before charging your credit card).
With those disclaimers out of the way, assuming standard shipping, most orders (to the lower 48 states) are shipped according the following chart.

We'll ship your order the most economical method, usually via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). If you want to choose a specific carrier, please let us know. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories will ship via USPS.
Shipping to Canada
Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via Priority Mail International. Shipping cost is $10 or 20% of Total of Goods (whichever is more). Depending on the season and weather, transit time is approximately 10-14 days.

International orders will be shipped via Priority Mail International. Shipping cost will be calculated during check out. Depending on the season and weather, transit time is approximately 14-21 days.
Stoves, Refrigerators, Ice Cream Wagons along with some of our other products have to ship by truck freight, usually to a trucking terminal, when they are too big or too heavy to ship by UPS, mail or other methods. Items that are on our web site and in our catalog that have a freight charge assigned to it will go to a trucking terminal within the Lower 48 States, not to your home. (Example): The #RGE400W - Dometic refrigerator shows freight to be $175.00. That is to a trucking terminal. Please call our friendly representatives for details. 1-888-438-5346
Although we will make every effort to arrange for your shipment to arrive on a convenient day, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Freight orders can also be tracked using a "PRO" or tracking number that is available after the item(s) have shipped. To avoid paying for storage charges, please pick up your order from the freight terminal right away.
IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise carefully for any damage before leaving the freight terminal.
We require a credit card number and phone number at the time you place your order. However, we will not charge your card until we have communicated all shipping and order information and you have accepted and have given your permission to ship.
Within the Lower 48 States. We will find a trucking terminal that is the most economical and close to you (usually within a 50 mile radius). If you want to choose a different terminal that is more expensive, you will be responsible for paying any difference in freight costs. We also offer a residential delivery with lift gate service. For this method the semi-truck that delivers must be able to get in and then turn around to get out. This service is also called curb-side delivery. There is an additional charge that applies. These frustrate us as much as they do you, but with our unusual line of merchandise, these are sometimes unavoidable. When we have a back order, we'll let you know. If we don't supply the back ordered merchandise to you soon enough, just request a prompt refund and/or cancellation.
